Thai Beef Curry Fusion

Ingredients
·         6 medium carrots, peeled and cut rondelle then boiled
·         1 cup frozen peas
·         1 cup frozen corn
·         2 lbs. lean top sirloin, cut thin
·         1 box thai kitchen stir-fry rice noodles
·         2 tbsp. vegetable or stir fry oil
·         1 tbsp garam masala
·         1 tbsp curry powder
·         1 tbsp garlic salt
·         1 tsp chili powder
·         1 tsp red pepper flakes
·         1 tsp black pepper
·         1 tsp salt
·         1 cup coconut milk
·         1/2 cup beef broth
·         1 cup Fischer & Wieser's Charred Peach Bourbon Sauce
Method
In a wok or Dutch oven -- Brown beef in vegetable oil & add all above spices & toss.
Add carrots, peas, corn, noodles, coconut milk, beef broth, & peach bourbon.
Simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes with lid on & stir before serving.
