Spicy Quinoa Salad

Quinoa is so versatile and makes a great side dish, salad, or as a meal in itself. 
 
Ingredients
  1 cup of uncooked quinoa
  1 bunch  asparagus tips
  ½ cup  cherry tomatoes quartered
  2 tsp olive oil
  2 strips of cooked bacon
  Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions

Cook quinoa according to directions on package. Heat olive oil Sautee asparagus tip till slightly tender. Add tomatoes for 3 minutes. Mix asparagus and tomatoes with the quinoa. Add Fischer & Wieser KD’s Peri Peri Sauce. Enjoy.
