Spicy Peanut Sauce

1 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup chopped green onion, whole
1 tsp ground ginger or to taste
1 tsp ground ancho chili powder or to taste
1 ½ tsp ground red curry powder or to taste
 
Place peanut butter in a bowl with the water and whisk until incorporated
Add all other ingredients together and store in air tight lid until ready to use.
When ready to use heat until warm in a skillet.  If too thick add water to make the consistency of biscuit gravy.  Pour over noodles or meat. Can use as a vegetable dip or dipping sauce for crudités or chicken wings, etc.
