Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Ribeye

There’s really nothing better than a ribeye--and when you add Fischer & Wieser Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Sauce---just try it!

1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons onion salt
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons hickory smoke salt
1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
4 pound bone in ribeye roast
1-3/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Sauce

In a small bowl, mix black pepper, onion salt, garlic salt, hickory smoke salt, and rosemary. Rub ribeye with mixture. Sear all four sides of roast on a high heat. Place meat on a medium heat pit or smoker with bone side up. Using a grill thermometer, grill roast for 2 hours at 250° F. The last 3-5 minutes of cook time, continuously glaze meat with Fischer & Wieser Spicy Garlic Steak & Grilling Sauce. Serve with green beans and baked potatoes. Serves 6-8
