Spicy Asian Slaw

A lovely sweet and spicy slaw that makes the perfect side dish or base for your next taco.
 
1 T. mayo
1 tsp rice vinegar
 
1 c red or green cabbage or a combination of both
2 T. finely diced green onion
 
Blend Food Trk Fusion Gochujang Unchained Glaze with mayo and vinegar. Add cabbage and green onions and toss. Refrigerate at least half an hour before serving for best flavor.
