Smoked Salmon Rangoon

Ingredients
8 oz Philly Garden vegetable cream cheese
4 oz fiesta blend shredded cheese
4 oz smoked salmon, cut into chunks
¼ cup grated poblano peppers
QTY 8 1 ounce wonton wrappers
 
Method
Preheat the deep fryer to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed above until they are well
mixed.
Take the mixture and drop into the center of the wonton wrapper in 1 tbsp
portions.
Wet fingers and run them around the perimeter of the wonton wrapper to moisten
them.
Fold the wonton wrapper over from all 4 wides to make a “purse” shape.
Deep fry the wonton for 3 minutes @ 350 degrees.
NOTE: The wonton wrappers can be halved or quartered to make more.
