Shrimp and Spinach Noodle Salad

Looking for a quick and nutritious salad for lunch? Look no further---tastes
delicious with Fischer & Wieser Sushi Sauce sprinkled liberally!

Prep Time:  15 minutes
Cook Time:  7-10 minutes

1 8-ounce package spinach noodles, cooked, drained & cooled
1/4-1/3 cup Fischer & Wieser Sushi Sauce
1 8-ounce package pre-cooked frozen salad shrimp, thawed

Cook noodles, drain and cool. Thaw shrimp by dousing in cold running water for approximately 5 minutes. Separate, place on paper towel, and dry. Place noodles in flat dish such as a casserole and pour enough Fischer & Wieser Sushi Sauce over to cover; allow to soak 10 minutes. Do the same with the shrimp. After soaking noodles and shrimp separately in Fischer & Wieser Sushi Sauce, drain
in colander then combine in salad bowl. Toss gently. Serve with additional Fischer & Wieser Sushi Sauce if desired. Serves 6
