Rockin’ Raspberry Creamed Chicken

This recipe idea was suggested to us by a loyal customer, Babs Zaner, in San Diego, who wanted to use our Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce® with heavy cream, over chicken. We tested it and think she has a winner!

Prep Time: 15-20 minutes
Cook Time: 2.5-3 hours

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®
1/2 cup chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sprinkle breasts with salt & pepper; dredge in panko (or bread) crumbs. Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add dredged breasts. Sauté until lightly browned. Meanwhile, mix the cream, Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce®, and chicken broth together. Transfer chicken to baking dish. Pour cream mixture over chicken breasts. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn heat down to 200° and continue baking another 1-1/2 to 2 hours, until sauce is completely browned. Serves 4.
