Roasted Garlic Aioli Salmon

Baking Time: 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish

Ingredients
Fresh Atlantic Salmon Fillets
Fischer & Wieser Roasted Garlic & Bacon Aioli
Adams Reserve Spicy Bacon Rub
Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degress. Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non-stick spray.
2. Rinse fillets and pat dry. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Spread season with Bacon Rub and spread Roasted Garlic Aoili on each fillet.
4. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes per inch thickness of fish.
