Roast Beef Sandwich with Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard Sauce

Need a great way to use up leftover roast beef? This sandwich fills the bill!

Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Broil time: 10 minutes

4 sandwich buns, sliced lengthwise
8 ounces roast beef, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard Sauce
4 slices Pepper Jack cheese
1 small can sliced black olives
1/4 cup diced green onion
4 large leaves Romaine or Bibb lettuce
1 tomato, thinly sliced

Set oven to broil (500 degrees F.) Place sandwich buns on baking sheet, open. Spread inside surfaces with Fischer & Wieser Sweet, Sour & Smokey Mustard Sauce. Layer roast beef, black olives, green onions and cheese on buns; broil until cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes. Add Romaine or Bibb lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Serves 4.
