1 pound pasteurized processed cheese, cut into small chunks
1 cup Fischer & Wieser ¡Especial! Pasilla Chile Finishing Sauce
1 (12 ounce or larger) bag tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker set on low. Cook, stirring often, until cheese has melted and mixture is creamy. Leave in slow cooker to serve; serve hot with tortilla chips. Serves 8.
