Pumpkin Pecan Bourbon Butter Bread

3 1/3 C pastry flour       
¾ C sugar         
4 tsp baking powder    
½ tsp baking soda      
½ tsp salt             
¾ C chopped pecans     
3 eggs
1 ½ C canned pumpkin
2 ½ Tbs Fischer & Wieser Bourbon Sweet Potato Butter
7 Tbs melted butter
¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp allspice


3 Tbs Fischer & Wieser Bourbon Sweet Potato Butter
2 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 C + 1 Tbs pastry flour
¼ C chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 375°.  Lightly grease and flour 2 8.5 x 4.5 in. bread pans.  Sift all dry ingredients for bread together.  In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients well.  Add wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix just until combined (do not overmix).  Scoop batter into pans and slightly even out top.  Bake for 50 minutes.

Streusel – rub all ingredients together until crumbly.  Brush tops of loaves with melted butter and sprinkle streusel on top.
