Pecan Apple Butter Waffles

Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 C All-Purpose Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla      
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ C Butter
1 ¼ C Milk
Combine all ingredients and mix well with whisk. Place mixture into waffle iron until done.
 
Apple Syrup:
Ingredients:
4 C Apple Juice
½ C Sugar
1 Lg Granny Smith Apple (Cored and Diced)
Stir juice and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat to bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium add diced apples. Allow the liquid to cook down stirring occasionally. When reduced to half, remove from heat, and let cool. Serve or refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream and pecans.
