Korean Grilled Burgers

1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef (or turkey)
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup FoodTRK Yo Soy la Sriracha Sauce
1 jar Kimchi

Preheat gas char grill to medium heat. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and FoodTRK Yo Soy la Sriracha Sauce. Using your hands, blend the mixture well, distributing ingredients thoroughly. Separate the meat mixture into 4 equal portions; pat meat into firm burgers. Place burgers on preheated grill and cook for about 8 minutes per side. To serve, top burgers with Kimchi and serve with additional FoodTRK Yo Soy la Sriracha Sauce. Enjoy! Serves 4.
