Korean BBQ Short Ribs (Kalbi)

Prep Time:  5 minutes
Grill Time:  approximately 7-8 minutes

1 rack of short ribs, (flanken ribs*) approximately 2-3 pounds
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 1-1/4 cups Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce

Place short ribs in casserole dish and pour Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce over. Marinate the ribs an hour up to overnight in the Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce. When ready to cook place it on a grill on medium-high heat and sear the sauce on, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.  Serve with additional Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce. Serves 4-6

*Korean style short ribs are cut lengthwise across rib bones, resulting in a thin strip of meat about 8-10” in length, great for grilling.
