Korean BBQ Mediterranean Pizza

The sweet and spicy tang of Dang Jang BBQ has just the right savory with a touch of sweet to lay down the flavorful foundation for your next homemade pizza. Here’s our mediterranean version but let your pizza juices flow and add any toppings you like to this one.
 
1 pizza dough
½ red onion
1 T olive oil
splash of red wine vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ c chopped kalamata or black olives
4-5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
⅓ c canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
¾ c shredded mozzarella cheese
3 T crumbled feta cheese
grated parmesan
 
Heat olive oil over low medium heat, add onions and saute until caramelized. Add red wine vinegar and set aside.
