Jalapeño Carrot Poppers

This quick and easy recipe will be a hit at your next get-together either as a side dish or spicy appetizer! Serve hot or cold on a relish tray with other veggies to provide your guests with a zingy prelude to your meal.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

1 pound package baby carrots
10.5 ounce can chicken broth
10.9 ounce jar Fischer & Wieser Mild Green Jalapeño Jelly or Fischer & Wieser Red Hot Jalapeño Jelly

Place ingredients in medium saucepan; stir to coat carrots. Bring to a boil on medium heat; reduce to a simmer and cook 10-15 minutes, or until carrots are crisp-tender. Serve hot as a side dish, or hot or cold on a relish tray. (The sauce created by simmering our Jalapeno Jellies and chicken broth can be used as a dipping sauce for anything from veggies to chicken tenders to hot wings!) Serves 6.
