Grilled Ribeye Steaks with Big Bold Red Soppin' SaucePrintable Version
Just one taste of ribeyes liberally basted and grilled with Fischer & Wieser Big Bold Red Soppin' Sauce and this will be your go-to sauce from now on!

Grill Time: 20-30 minutes
4 (12-ounce) beef ribeye steaks
1-1/2 cups Fischer & Wieser Big Bold Red Soppin' Sauce
Beef Rub (your choice)
freshly ground black pepper
4 (1/2-inch thick) slices of real butter (no margarine)
Heat grill to medium-hot. Trim excess fat from edges of steaks. Pour Fischer & Wieser Big Bold Red Soppin' Sauce into a non-aluminum baking dish large enough to hold the four steaks in a single layer. Arrange steaks in the pan, coating bottoms with sauce. Turn steaks over and coat remaining side. When the grill is ready, remove steaks from pan and season liberally on both sides with beef rub. Place steaks on grill and grind a liberal amount of black pepper on each steak. Grill to desired degree of doneness; pepper the opposite side when steak is turned. Baste steaks with Fischer & Wieser Big Bold Red Soppin' Sauce as they cook. Just before removing steaks from the fire, lay one of the butter slices on top of each steak and cook just long enough for the butter to almost melt. Transfer steaks to serving plates. Serves 4.
