Grilled Baby Bok Choy

This recipe is simple, easy to throw together and cooks up in minutes. A perfect accompaniment to whatever you are grilling tonight.
 
3 baby bok choy, sliced in half lengthwise
2 ½ T fresh squeezed orange juice
3 T honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
 
Rinse bok choy really well, making sure to get in between all the leaves. Dry well. Mix remaining ingredients together. Place bok choy in sauce and toss so it is well coated. Let sit for 20 minutes. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side until you see grill marks. Baste with remaining sauce.
