Crusted Salmon with Raspberry & Wildflower Honey Mustard Sauce

For a delicious, new taste for your salmon, try this recipe using Fischer & Wieser Raspberry & Wildflower Honey Mustard Sauce.

Prep Time:  15 minutes
Cook Time:  10 minutes

1 pound salmon, skin on (cut into 4 pieces approx 1-1/2" wide by 4 inches long)
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup panko crumbs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup Fischer & Wieser Raspberry & Wildflower Honey Mustard Sauce
4 lemon slices
dill weed or parsley for garnish

Salt & pepper salmon pieces. Dredge in panko crumbs. Melt butter in skillet on medium-high heat  (375-400° F). Sauté in melted butter approximately 1 minute per side, or until panko crumbs are crisp. Remove salmon from pan.  Drain on paper towels.  Plate up, drizzling Fischer & Wieser Raspberry & Wildflower Honey Mustard Sauce on top; garnish with lemon slice, dill weed and parsley. Serves 4
