Chipotle Grilled Burgers

Here's the perfect burger with some real kick!

3 pounds lean ground chuck
1-1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup dehydrated onion flakes
1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Chipotle Chile Ketchup
Additional Fischer & Wieser Chipotle Chile Ketchup for basting

Preheat gas char grill to medium heat. In a large bowl combine the ground chuck, black pepper, dehydrated onion and 1/4 cup of Fischer & Wieser Chipotle Chile Ketchup. Using your hands, blend the mixture well, distributing ingredients thoroughly. Separate the meat mixture into 8 equal portions of 6 ounces each; pat meat into firm burgers. Place burgers on preheated grill and cook, basting with additional Fischer & Wieser Chipotle Chile Ketchup each time you turn them, for about 8 minutes per side. To serve, assemble burgers with your favorite condiments. Serve with additional Fischer & Wieser Chipotle Chile Ketchup. Serves 8.
