Chicken Satay with Thai Peanut Coconut Sauce

8-12 boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into thin strips
1 package wooden skewers
1 cup Dr. Foo's Kitchen Thai Peanut Coconut Sauce

Soak wooden skewers in water approximately ½ hour before grilling. Wash chicken; slice into ½ inch wide pieces lengthwise. Place chicken in a shallow glass dish such as a casserole and pour in Dr. Foo's Kitchen Thai Peanut Coconut Sauce; stir to coat well. Allow to marinate 1-2 hours, covered.  Place chicken on skewers. Heat grill to medium-high heat (375° F).  Place skewers on grill and cook approximately 2-3 minutes per side, or until chicken is crisp and browned; careful not to overcook. Serve with more Dr. Foo's Kitchen Thai Peanut Coconut Sauce. Serves 6
