Cherry Apple Chutney Smoked Ham Recipe

1 8-10 lb ham
Place ham bone or flat side down on shallow cast iron or aluminum pan.
Cut down about half way through the ham making slices (do not cut all the way through).
Spread chutney in between each slice and over the outside of the ham.
Smoke ham for 50 minutes.
Turn heat up to 325° and cook for 1 hr 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest 10 minutes.
Serve with additional chutney.
