Bulgogi with Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce

Prep Time:  5 minutes
Marinade Time:  1 hour up to overnight
Cook Time:  4 minutes

1 pound flank or sirloin steak, slightly frozen, sliced very thin (card-stock thin)
1 to 1-1/2 cups Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce

Slice flank or sirloin very thinly across the grain. Place in shallow glass pie plate and pour Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce over, tossing lightly to coat well. Cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours or overnight.  When ready to grill, lightly oil grill and preheat grill to high heat. Grill strips quickly, 1-2 minutes per side, until slightly charred and cooked through. Serve wrapped in leaf lettuce with a side of steamed rice, if desired and more Fischer & Wieser Korean BBQ Sauce.  Serves 4
