1 lb lean beef cut thin against the grain
2 tbsp granulated sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup green onions
4 cups brown rice
2 cups stir fry vegetables of choice
 
In a large bowl combine sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and FTK asphalt sauce and whisk
Dump into large Ziploc bag with beef and seal bag. Marinate beef overnight.
When ready to serve, steam brown rice and set aside & sauté vegetables in oil and set aside.
Pour marinated beef and all remaining sauce into a skillet and cook for 10 minutes until meat is done.
Serve beef over rice & vegetables and garnish with chopped green onions.
