Try this easy, quick-to-fix appetizer for your next family gathering or covered dish get-together! You'll be glad you did, and so will all who try it.

Prep Time: 15-20 minutes

3 medium avocados - peeled, pitted and diced
3/8 cup Fischer & Wieser Salsa Verde Ranchera Salsa
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Garlic salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Salsa a La Charra Salsa
4 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese blend
1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives - drained and finely chopped
Large bag tortilla chips, crackers, etc.

In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. Mix in Fischer & Wieser Salsa Verde Ranchera Salsa cilantro, garlic salt and pepper. In a small bowl, blend the sour cream and taco seasoning. In a 9 x 13 inch dish or on a large serving platter, spread the refried beans. Top with sour cream mixture, then Fischer & Wieser Salsa a La Charra Salsa. Spread on guacamole. Top with tomatoes, green onions, Mexican-style cheese blend and black olives. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers of your choice. Serves 12 as appetizer.
