Beer Braised Honey Mustard Spare Ribs

Beer, ribs and mustard. The three amigos. These ribs are quick, fall off the bone good and finish great on the grill. 
2 slabs of ribs
1  T salt
½ c honey
2 large onions, sliced
1 bottle amber or dark beer
Remove membrane from ribs and salt both sides. Generously brush both sides with Fischer & Wieser Fredericksburg Brat Haus Beer Mustard Sauce. Cover bottom of  baking sheet with tin foil and then  sliced onions. Place ribs on the onions and slowly pour beer around the ribs. Cover tightly with foil. Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour,  reduce heat to 250 degrees for additional 2-3 hours, until tender. Remove from oven. Mix 1 cup of Fischer & Wieser Fredericksburg Brat Haus Beer Mustard Sauce with ½ c honey and coat ribs well. Finish under broiler for 3-4 minutes or on the grill.
