Bali BBQ Shrimp Skewers

2 lbs Texas Gulf Shrimps, peeled and deveined
1pkg of 8-10” Bamboo skewers
¼ cup Cooking oil
1 tsp Salt and pepper
1 jar Dr. Foo’s Bali BBQ Sauce
¼ cup Green onion, diced
5-6 stems Fresh Cilantro
3-4 count Fresh limes wedges



1.   Heat up grill or griddle 15-30 min before grilling.

2.   Mix salt, pepper and oil with shrimp and toss lightly to coat.

3.   Skewer 3-4 shrimp on the bamboo sticks.

4.   When the grill is hot, place the shrimp skewers on the grill to mark on both sides.

5.   Brush the Dr. Foo’s Bali BBQ Sauce over the skewers on both sides and brush repeatedly until the shrimps are cooked and the sauce caramelize over the shrimp. Be sure not to overcook the shrimp.

6.   Remove skewers from grill and place over a garnished serving platter and topped with diced green onion.

7.   Serve with a side of Dr. Foo’s Bali BBQ Sauce for dipping.



-garnished and served with fresh mango, pineapple, lettuce, etc.

-served with wedges of lime and squeeze a little lime juice over the skewers  

-served with steamed sticky rice
