Bali BBQ Potatoes

3 Russet potato, cleaned and cut into lage wedges   
¼ cup Cooking oil
1 lb Yellow onion, cut into 1" x 1" chunks
1/3 cup Dr. Foo’s Bali BBQ Sauce
½ cup Green onion, diced 
5-6 stems fresh Cilantro, cleaned and dried
1. Preheat oven at 375 F
2. Toss potato wedges, yellow onions with oil, salt and pepper and spread evenly on a sheet pan
3. Roast at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or until cooked through depending on wedge sizes)   and remove from oven and toss potato/onion mixture with Dr. Foo's Bali BBQ Sauce thoroughly.
4. Place mixture back in the oven for 3-5 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize over the potato.
5. Remove the pan from onion, pour the Bali BBQ Potatoes onto a large platter, top with dices green onion and garnish with fresh cilantro.
