Artichoke Bruschetta

This appetizer is simple enough to throw together on the fly and sophisticated enough to impress even the most discerning palate.  
12 slices of baguette
olive oil
½ c canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
⅓ c crumbled feta cheese
Place baguette slices on pan and brush with olive oil. Toast in 350 degree oven 3-5 minutes until warm and just starting to brown. Remove from oven. Combine Fischer and Wieser Food Truck Fusion KD’s Peri Peri Sauce, artichoke hearts and feta cheese. Place a packed scoop of artichoke mixture on each crostini. Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is softened and just beginning to brown.
