Serving Suggestions:

Fish: Pan sear fish in oil, season with salt and pepper; simmer in sauce until flaky. Servie with wild rice.

Chicken: Pour sauce over four skinless, boneless chicken breasts in a casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Serve with wild rice.
