1975 - Sunbonnets flapped in the summer breeze in the Hill Country of Texas and our product line was very different from what it is today. Still, we've managed to maintain that down home country goodness that has always made our award winning gourmet sauces, jams and jellies everyone's favorites.	1985 - The log cabin under a blanket of snow. A very rare sight indeed
1987 - We still give every batch the same attention and care that Case gave this batch of apple butter made the old fashioned way at Oktoberfest. Today at Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods we use the latest in technology to make our high quality, award winning gourmet sauces, jams and jellies.	1988 - Come visit our store, Das Peach Haus in Fredericksburg, Texas where we've been selling award winning gourmet sauces, jams and jellies for years. You might even run into Case and Deanna Fischer hard at work selling jams and jelly, taste testing the latest batch of sauces or just visiting with customers. This picture of Case and Deanna was taken at the market in the early years.
1998 - Fresh Fredericksburg peaches are always in demand during the summer months in the Hill Country of Texas. At Fischer & Wieser we choose only the freshest most perfect fruit, ripened to perfection in the warm Texas sunshine, for our award winning gourmet sauces, jams and jellies.	1999 - Das Peach Haus today in Fredericksburg, Texas. It is a quaint place to taste and shop for Fischer & Wieser's award winning sauces, jams and jellies. Stop by and visit today!
The original Fischer & Wieser store in Fredericksburg, Texas in the Hill Country while work was in progress. Mark Wieser built this log cabin - the original home of Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods, Inc. Das Peach Haus was born from humble beginnings and we still sell our award winning gourmet sauces, jams and jellies made right here in the Hill Country of Texas.
