Ordering and Shipping Information

Thank you for your interest in Fischer & Wieser award winning gourmet food products! If you decide to place an order on our web site, all of your information will be secure and protected. Please see our Privacy Policy below for more details.

Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. Any orders placed during off-hours will be processed on the next business day. Your order will then be shipped within 72 hours from processing time (please note that our gift packs may take up to five days to ship), just in case we have to cook up a batch fresh just for you!

All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping is free for orders that equal $95 or more per shipping address using UPS Ground Service Only within the Contiguous U.S. ONLY.
